Another extremely nice couple we had the pleasure to work with. They wanted to change the Manual Shades to Automated.  We automated the shades using Rollease Automate Motors and changed the fabric to a silver-backed Roller Shade fabric that helps reflect the solar heat back out of the window.  Roller Shades have a cooling effect in the room and the silver-backed fabric helps even more.  We kept the Rollers exposed, and went with a darker grey color mix to help with the aesthetics and keep the view when the shades are down.
